If you prefer selling please let me know about the lowest price of each and I will do my best to dispose of them. I should allow that if £550 could be made of the Crown & £300 or £350 of the Globe to sell. Your early answer will oblige". Note by Thomas Sworder "Saw Mr.How on 2nd Feby 1865 & agreed to take not less than 25 pr an for the Crown on a rep[airi]ng Lease but to sell Crown for £650 & Globe for £350"
