Battalion Hd Qrs W. of RONSSOY WOOD 30 Sep 1918 "B" & "C" Coys. were ordered to proceed to VENDHUILLE as mopping up Coys. but did not arrive as village was not captured. Battalion relieved 11th Royal Fusiliers in the line & cleared the village of VENDHUILLE up to the canal. 2/Lieut.H.B.Lang, 2/Lieut.G.Hyslop, 2.Lieut.C.J.Sturges, 2/Lieut.I.L.Whittingham joined Battalion from Base.
