(b) meadow, lately part of common land called Great Moor adjoining (a) to E and containing 0a 2r 12p - (a)-(b) bounded: S by highway from Luton to Horsepool Bridges; NE by River Lea; W by new road from Luton to Barton-le-Clay;
(c) 1.5 poles of land in Luton adjoining Horse Pool Bridges and extending next to River Lea NE 15 ft and NW next to (a)-(b) 46 ft bounded S by road from Luton to Horse Pool Bridges;
(d) Crown & Anchor with stables etc. with brewhouse and malthouse and other buildings erected by (i) in occupation of John Everett
Covenant to keep buildings etc. insured
