    Conveyance Parties: (i) Charles Burr, late of Luton, now of Rossmore Lodge, Hove [Sussex], gentleman; (ii) Charles Ernest Gaitskell Burr of 87 Inverness Terrace, Hyde Park [Middlesex], major; (iii) Kitt Tomson of Langley Street, Luton, surgeon Reciting: - conveyance of 12 Nov 1846 from (1) James Hopkins; (2) Charles Burr; (3) Charlotte Ann Burr, wife of Charles Burr; (4) James Starlin in which (a), amongst others, was released to (4) upon trust to convey and assure to anyone appointed by (3) and pay rents and profits to (3); - previous conveyance was ignored by Charles Burr who treated (a) and the other hereditaments as his; - James Starlin died in Dec 1872 without executing any powers "it is believed [he] did not even know of his appointment"; - Charles Burr had received rents and profits since 12 Nov 1846; - Charlotte Ann Burr died on 8 Feb 1888 without exercising any power of appointment; - (ii) was eldest son and heir at law of both (i) and Charlotte Ann Burr Operative Part: - (i), with consent of (ii), conveyed (a)-(b) to (iii) for 445 Property: (a) piece of land in Park Street West, Luton, formerly part of Langley's, of 11p 28y 0f extending: NW next to property of Daniel Gilbert and Sarah his wife, now Kitt Tomson 39ft 9in; SE along Park Street West 39ft 9in; SW next to property of Kitt Tomson 81ft 8in; NE adjoining property formerly of Frances Sole Crisp, now John Keel 80ft; (b) two messuages built on (a) by James Hopkins formerly in occupation of James Hopkins and John Evans, now James Lacey and George Lacey and called 22 and 24 Park Street West Witnesses: - Henry W.Jackson of Brighton, solicitor; - Charles Hamilton Fergusson, Captain 1st Seaforth Highlanders, Maryhill Barracks.
