to use of Seymour Walter Delm-Radcliffe; - certain parts of settled hereditaments charged with payment to Florinda Gertrude Tollemache of two rents of 700 and 500; - death of Frederick Peter Russell Delm-Radcliffe on 20 Sep 1854 as a batchelor;
