to use of Frederick Peter Delm-Radcliffe for life; to use of issue of Frederick Peter Russell Delm-Radcliffe in strict settlement; to use of Frederick Peter Russell Delm-Radcliffe for life in default of issue; to use of Seymour Walter Delm-Radcliffe; - certain parts of settled hereditaments charged with payment to Florinda Gertrude Tollemache of two rents of 700 and 500; - death of Frederick Peter Russell Delm-Radcliffe on 20 Sep 1854 as a batchelor; - four living sons of Frederick Peter Delm-Radcliffe, i.e. Seymour Walter Delm-Radcliffe; Hubert Delm-Radcliffe; Francis Augustus Delm-Radcliffe; Arthur Henry Delm-Radcliffe; also three daughters Operative Part: - (1) revoked all uses, estates and trusts of settlement listed as (I) and appointed that all real estate in that settlement and subject to trusts as well as real estate in second schedule thereof should remain to uses expressed below: Habendum: - to use of (1) to use that Seymour Walter Delm-Radcliffe receive a yearly rent charge during their joint lives; - to use of (2) for 99 years upon trusts; - to use of Frederick Peter Delm-Radcliffe for his life and, after his death; - to use that Emma Delm-Radcliffe for her life receive 400 rent charge; - to use of (3) for 100 years upon trusts; - to use of Seymour Walter Delm-Radcliffe for his life and, after his death; - to uses in strict settlement in favour of his issue; - to use of Emma Delm-Radcliffe for her life as long as she remained a widow;
