- to her youngest son John Coles her messuage in Luton in occupation of William Smith, glover and two messuages in Stopsley, Luton in occupation of Jeremiah Allen, then Webster; - residue of her real estate to her eldest son Matthew Coles; - 300 to John Coles; - 50 to her niece Mary Botsford; - 10 to her niece Hannah, present wife of William Gutteridge the elder; - 5 guineas to Ann Humphrey, half sister to her late husband John Coles; - 1 guinea each to the children of her late niece Mary Fossey of Dunstable, widow; - her household goods to her sons Matthew and John and niece Mary Botsford; - residue of personal estate to her son Matthew who was to be sole executor - witnesses: Robert Shaw; William Barnett; John Sutton; - proved in PCC 23 Sep 1776
