Title
Settlement in form of lease and release by Neh. Brandreth and
Frances his wife on Will. Pittman D.D. of that part of Markiatt
St. which is in Beds, and Abraham Maddock of St. Clement Danes;
all those messuages in Todd. in the occ. of John Allard, and all
those messuages in Harlington let to (), a close in Caddington let
to L) and the tithes of Turvey, which are due to N.B. on the death
of Ann Price, widow ; in lieu of the previous settlement (no.10)
to the use of N.B. for life, and on his death, to bring in yearly
income of £48 to the said Frances. Various provisions for the
children of the union; and N.B. and Frances covenant to levy a
