J.C., F.A. & T.A. have caused to be erected a charity school, abutting W. on the street of Dunstable, N. on the almshouses under construction, belonging to sd. Jane Cart, & S. on a messuage in occ. of (blank) Feveridge; also the schoolhouse belonging; & 3 closes (7 1/2a.) in Whipsnade, viz: a close called Little Braddens (1 1/2a.), abutting N. & S. on land of Mary Groome, in occ. of Wm. Howard, W. on that of Edw. Sib- ley esq. in occ. of Robt. Slow, & E. on the wood of Thos. Uxley; a close (2 a.) called Plover Grass alias Clover Grass, abutting S. on a spring of John Howard, S.W. on land of Edw. Sibley, N.W. on land of Mary Groome, & N.E. on the said wood; & the other cl. (4 a.) called Great Braddens, abutting E. on the woodland, S.E. on the ploughed land, S. on a spring of the said M.G., & N. on the highway from Kensworth to Studham. Witn: Jos.
