Moreton of Dunstable, shopkeeper. - - Devises his 4 messuages in Dunstable to wife Anne for life; & then, 2 thereof situate in Watling Street, next to the Free School, in occ. of (blank) Goodwin & (blank) Holliday, to niece Luce Clift; & the other 2 messuages, in Church End, in occ. of Gabriel Saunders & Wm. Norman, to neph. Thos. Moreton. Bequeaths all personal estate to friends Thos. Groome esq. & Jas. Grant, currier, both of Dunstable, in trust for wife etc. Execx: the said Luce Clift.
