Darley of Luton, grocer, a cottage in her occupation on east side of the South End of the High Street in Dunstable, in trust to pay rents to nieces Eliz. & Mary Custance, & to convey one moiety to use of bro. Thos. S., & the other moiety to use of sis. Sarah Custance (w. of Jas. C.). Various bequests to her bro. Thos. & his chdn., her sis. Sarah, & the infant dau. of nephew Wm.
