G. sen.), all of Dunstable, farmers; (ii) John Pratt, cordwainer; & (iii) John Mellor, auctioneer; all of Dunstable. - - A plot of land (34 x 17 sq.ft.), whereon lately stood a barn cont. 3 bays (now burned) in the East or Church St. of Dunstable, formerly in occ. of Thos. Brugis & Thos. Barns, then Wm. Coles, then Jas. Gostelow sen., J.G. sen., & T.G., with the ground formerly of Edw. Gale, then Wm. Christmas, & now John Pratt, on S., that for- merly of Whitley Martin, then Wm. Coles, late Cath. Odell & now John Mellor, on W., & the plot next described on E.; (purchd. from Cath. Odell, widow, in 1826). And also another plot of same size, whereon stood a building (lately burned), bounded E. by ground lately conveyed by T.G. to John Blindell, S. by garden ground of John Pratt, & N. by the yard of T.G.; (purchd. from Wm. Christmas in 1790)
