Street to Dunstable, in occ. of Wm. Blows; charged with payment
of annuity to son Fairfax. And to dau. Eliz., his cottage adjg.
to the newly erected stables belong to 'The Cowe & Hare'.
Bequests to friends John Millard gent., & Wm. Avery maltster, both
of Dunstable, & John Field of High Barnet (co. Herts.), fellmonger,
in trust for dau. Mary R., & to son John. Exors: the sd. trustees.
