- TitleThanks for your letter. I am glad that you had a pleasant Whitsuntide. I have not been to Aldourie Castle & know nothing about it. Very likely Christopher Hussey may be writing a book, but I have not heard. I never see anything of him now. The last time I saw him was, I think, at his wedding. Professor Richardson would be too busy to write a book just now. My daughter-in-law thinks she had a Kelly she can let you have & will send it to me. When I was engaged I remember that I stayed at Bearwood & my fiancee was also there. It is a huge place & was recently built (then) by the Walters of the Times newspaper. It was magnificent but not very interesting or attractive. It has now been turned into some institution I think. I wish we could have some rain.
