    Folio 22d - William Harbyrd, made October 1537, proved 12 Feb. 1537/8. "I bequeth my soull to Almeghty God and my body to be bured in the churche yerde of Reysley". To the high altar for tithes forgotten 12d.; to the bells 8d.; to the torches 8d.; to the Sepulchre 8d.; to the mother church of Lincoln 4d.. A trental of masses is to be sung for testator and his wife and all his friends in the parish church of Reysley, and 20 masses to be sung for his wife in the same church, and for Henry five masses of the Wounds, also to be sung in the parish church of Reysley. To testator's brother of Addington his violet coat and 2 bushel of wheat. Residue of goods to children Thomas and Elyn, and to "wiche of them that leve longeste". Witnesses sir Henry Quene vicar of Reysley, Thomas Jolenday, Thomas Browne. Executors Thomas Blynckengsoppe and Henry Plummer and Master Blenekeingsoppe to have for his labour 6s. 8d. and Henry Plummer to have 6s. 8d.. Richard Smyth to be the Overseer and he to have 6s. 8d..
