Comprises full description of house, garden and grounds and clauses re occupation, easements, minerals etc. With accompanying plan at scale 1:500 (Feb 1946) showing house and premises edged and shaded in blue (including course of subterranean passage to Church of SS. Peter and Paul), Church St. and parts of Priory Road and West St. 5 June 1946. With annexed note that the second floor attic has remained unused since 1946. 1979 Halsted (Essex): stray Agreement (found with above bundle) relating to strip of land in Halsted.
