Conveyance by Lease and Appointment and Release in fee from Robert Thorp of Bedford, esq., (as in BORDV13/19) to Robert Munt and Thomas Brown of Wood St., London, straw bonnet manufacturers and co-partners, of (a) capital messuage or mansion house with the out-buildings, workshops, gardens, plantation and other appurtenances belonging to the same situated on the Eastern side of the South St. in Dunstable now and for some time past in the tenure or occupation of the releasees:as in BORDV13/19(a). (b) close of pasture or enclosed ground containing 4 acs. now and for some time past in the tenure or occupation of the releasees: as in BORDV13/19/(b). Recites previous description of (a)-(b) i.e. as given in BORDV13/19(a)-(b). Habendum: to RM and TB to such uses etc (see clauses in BORDV13/13) as they shall direct, limit or appoint and, in default of such direction, to RM and TB, their heirs and assigns for ever. Indemnity clause excepts land tax payable in respect of the premises and rents, fines and services payable to the lord(s) of the fee.
