Declaration of Martha Gresham (as in BORDV13/21) that her son William Gresham was, at the time of his execution of BORDV13/19, the heir at law of his father; and that besides him there were two male issue of her marriage, both born before him and both of whom died immediately after their respective births and were never sufficiently old to be baptised. Subscribed and declared at Lamberhurst (Kent) before William Gresham, a Master Extraordinary in Chancery. 5 Oct 1839.
