    Conveyance, by Lease and Release From Thomas Cooke (as in BORDV13/7), now of Dunstable, esq., and his wife Frances to George Maddison of Stainton-le-Vale (Lincs.), esq., of: (a) manor of Dame Sayers etc as in BORDV13/7(a). (b) capital messuage etc as in BORDV13/7(b): described as now of Thomas Cooke and conveyed with the locks and bells belonging to the messuage. (c) 2 closes etc as in BORDV13/7(c), now made into one close (4 acs.) and also in the tenure of Thomas Cooke. Covenant by releasors to acknowledge and levy a fine (for, inter alia, barring and extinguishing the right and title of Frances to dower and thirds in (a)-(c)), before the end of Michaelmas Term next ensuing, and/or other assurances. Indemnify clause excepts the rent, fines and services due and payable to the chief lord(s) or lady of the fee of whom the premises are held not exceeding the annual amount of £1.5s.6d.
