Relating to the Markyate Cell Estate, Dunstable on its transfer to Mr. W. M. Macleod as the new owner in 1911. The bundle contents deal with matters relating to the tenancies of Markyate Cell and Mill Field Farms under the tenancy of H.E. Simmons. Reference is made to Caddington Copyholds, exchange of land between the eclesiastical commissioners, Manorial Rights, Rights of Way at Mill Field Farm, valuations at the end of Simmons' tenancy, and repairs to property in readiness for the new tenant Mrs. Lee in 1913.
