    (i) Correspondence: bundle of correspondence between Mr. Paxton and Mr. Macnamara dealing with matters relating to the estates, including tenancy, property purchases, repairs, etc., included are particulars of Caddington Grove Farm with field tracing and correspondence, a receipt for Totternhoe School Rate and particulars of farms and land at Caddington and Flamstead with correspondence. 1878-88 (ii)Statement: of arrears of rent due from Mr. Henry Neale occupier of land in the Hamlet of Humbershoe to Mr. Macnamara, with a details of action taken by Mr. George of Eaton Bray Lodge to recover the arrears and correspondence from Mr. Neale. 1886-90 (iii)Receipts: relating to the settlement of loans (made in 1886 and 1893) to Mr. John Hedges of 300.00 and 200.00 respectively and repaid, to Mr. John Macnamara. 1886-93 (iv)Settlement: with Messrs. Shaw and Garton on quitting of tenancies at Valence End, Yew Tree, Icknield Way, Ley and Rye Farms, including inventory, valuations, umpires award and correspondence. 1889-90 (v) Correspondence: from the incoming tenant (Mr. Frederick Hildebrand) relating to Halfway House in the Parish of Caddington including inventory of landlords fixtures and receipts for materials for redecoration and repairs to a Well undertaken by the outgoing tenant Mr. Searle. 1890 (vi)Award: of valuer (Frederick Dean Holiday) between Arthur Macnamara and William Arthur Clarke for dilapidations and breaches of covenant in respect of Home Farm, Billington. 1903 (vii) Authorisation: by Elisabeth Day to Arthur Merry to auction the live and dead farming stock, and other effects including grass keeping etc. on Thorne Farm, Tebworth, together with four cottages near The School. 1907 (viii) Agreement: blank tenancy agreement for rent of cottage or dwelling premises. n.d.
