Parties: (i) William Frederick Green of Croydon [Surrey], clerk in holy orders; (ii) John Green of Woburn, esquire; (iii) John Hatfield Brooks of Flitwick Manor, esquire; (iv) Robert Wilberforce Bird of Barton House, Shipston on Stour [Warwickshire], esquire; George Henry Brooks of 7 Godliman Street, Doctors Commons, City of London, esquire Reciting: - (iii) was indebted to (iv) in the sum of 2,000 and, in order not to prevent or postpone the sale of the certain properties the sum would be secured as in the Operative Part: Operative Part: - scheduled deeds would remain in the custody of (iv) until (iii) had redeemed the 2,000 debt and interest at 4% per annum; - all premises described in the deeds were charged with payment of the 2,000 debt; - (i)-(iii) would execute a mortgage in favour of (iv) Schedule: - mortgage of 8 Nov 1858 (1) John Thomas Brooks; (2) Samuel Swaffield and William Goodman; - transfer of mortgage of 31 Dec 1859 (1) Samuel Swaffield and William Goodman; (2) John Green and Samuel Swaffield; (3) William Frederick Green; - release of 12 Oct 1863 (1) Mary Brooks; (2) John Hatfield Brooks; - parcel of old deeds prior to 8 Nov 1858
