Opinion by C.Parke of 24 Old Square, Lincoln's Inn re Whitehurst's Trusts, Brooks Estate: - "It is clear that the late Mr.Brooks' legal personal representative has assets in hand to meet any breach of trust committed by Mr.Brooks. The invested Trust funds and the term of years are alike applicable for the purpose. If & so far as a resort to the former of these sources should diminish the Trust legacies then the term is liable and bound to reinstate such Legacies"
