Codicil of John Thomas Brooks of Flitwick House, esquire to his will of 23 Dec 1834: - revoking appointment of Rev. Henry Riddell Moody, Rev. William Hale Hale and Rev. Thomas Beach Whitehurst as trustees and executors and revoking all bequests and devises to them; devising and bequeathing all estate previously left to Moody, Hale and Whitehurst to his son John Hatfield Brooks and friends John Green of Woburn, gentleman and Samuel Swaffield of Ampthill, gentleman upon the same trusts as previously; - appointing his wife Mary and John Hatfield Brooks, John Green and Samuel Swaffield as executors; - witnessed by Joseph Swales of Flitwick and Daniel Wildman of Maulden
