- Scope and Content- copyhold arable, ley, meadow and pasture in Manor of Wellingborough [Northamptonshire] to his son Jeffery Fisher; - all personal estate to his two sons Jeffery and William to be divided equally between them; - Jeffery and William Fisher to be joint executors; - Jeffery Fisher was entitled to a considerable personal estate under the will of the testator's late brother Jeffery which, though much was placed out at security in Jeffery the elder's name was actually property of the testator "if a fair account had been stated between us" thus the testator wished a fair account to be made of his own personal estate as well as that of his brother with the testator's son Jeffery giving a bond for "such other security as shall be advised" to William who should have an equal share of the testator's brother's estate too; if Jeffery refused to undertake a fair division the land and all the testator's personal estate was then to go to William; - witnessed by Hugh Bently, Thomas Mason and Charles Livesey; - "according to my father's desire and my Brother are to give after his decease to Robert Cox the sum of 5 witness my hand J.Fisher"; - with probate granted in PCC on 23 Aug 1745
