General Auction Room Sales books (original nos. in square parantheses) This series originally consisted of 28 books (numbered 201-228). It has been sampled to leave a representative selection of material of evidential value. The sample was biased towards selected material of informational value and includes all books with specific property or other item (e.g. wines and spirits) sale in preference to general sales of furniture etc. from 'various residences' which is what the vast majority of the books contain. Each book includes for every numbered lot at each sale information as PK2/3/1.
