Extract from PCC regarding will of 7 Oct 1800 of Edmund Goodwin, formerly of St.John's Square, Clerkenwell [Middlesex], late of Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire], surgeon - "And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Mary Goodwin sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament"; proved at London on 20 Aug 1836 On 16 Mar 1843 administration of goods, chattels and credits of Edmund Goodwin left unadministered by Mary Goodwin, widow, deceased was granted to William Harland of Woburn, stationer on behalf of Henry Thomas Atterbury of Woburn, carrier and Joseph Salmons of Newport Pagnell, coackmaker limited by right of deceased to farm house and land in Newport Pagnell by release of 22 Apr 1807 save land therein sold to Philip Hoddle Ward and remainder of term of 1,500 years granted by mortgage of 7 Jan 1817
