- Duke's Head public house, Heath & Reach, consisting of brick fronted house with thatched roof, yard, stable, cart shed and woodhouse, range of piggeries and garden in occupation of William Tompkins [later Thomas Dancer]

- adjoining High Road with bakehouse, blacksmith's shop, outbuildings, orchard and ground containing 1 acre
