    Particulars and conditions of sale of The Lodge, Clapham Road, Bedford, to be sold by auction by W & H Peacock at the Red Lion Hotel, Bedford on 27th July 1927 viz: (a) "The Lodge", Clapham Road, with conservatory, fernery, domestic offices, stabling, tennis court, summer house, glass houses and gardens total area amounting to 6 acres. Late in the occupation of the late Miss Fitzpatrick with vacant possession on completion. (b) Field of old pasture fronting Clapham Road containing 5 acres (crossed through and 4.707 written) in yearly tenancy of Mr W Grant (c) The Lodge Cottage with barns and small garden with vacant possession (d) Three plots of building land fronting Shakespeare Road and two fronting Clapham Road; areas comprising 1r 24p, 1r 13p and 1r 13p; with vacant possesion from 25th March 1928; in occupation of H Tysoe Title to commence as follows: (a) (b) (c) with Indenture of Marriage Settlement dated 11th December 1844; (d) Conveyances dated 6th May 1901 and 4th July 1901 Also records that (d) is sold subject to restrictive covenants and conditions in conveyances of 11th May 1900 (William Philip Beckett to Henry Burridge) and 4th July 1901 (WPB to Thomas Cecil Fitzpatrick, Harriett Fitzpatrick and Caroline Fitzpatrick) .
