    Particulars of sale of land and property at Bedford to be sold by auction by Stafford and Rogers Ltd (later amended to W & H Peacock) on 28 June 1912 (later amended to 6th May 1914) by order of the executors of the late John Nicholson. The 1912 particulars have been substantially amended in ink as a draft for the 1914 sale. The amended entries are given in parenthesis in the description below: (a) 105, Midland Road, Bedford: Shop and premises occupied by Messrs T S Carpenter & Co (21 year lease from 25th Dec 1911) .
