- TitlePart of Leighton Buzzard Observer & Linslade Gazette noting, amongst other things: - that Cyril H.Richards of 11 Pennard Road, Shepherds Bush [Middlesex] pleaded not guilty to having no red rear light or offside light on his car parked outside Cross Keys, Leighton Buzzard on 17 Nov 1925 with debate in court as to whether the spot was highway land or owned by Benskins, the result being that the accused was found guilty implying that the magistrates considered frontage of Cross Keys to be highway land; - Benskins had attempted to enclose frontage of Cross Keys by erecting posts and chains which were then removed by Leighton Buzzard Urban District Council workmen; - summons to Leslie George Kerry of 64a High Street, Fenny Stratford [Buckinghamshire] for having no rear light on his car, parked outside Cross Keys on 3 Dec 1925, with same debate as that over the case of Cyril Richards
