Stalingrad Hospital Fund Album: replica of page produced by the Joint Committee for Soviet Aid for presentation to Stalingrad. A copy also to be presented to the British Museum. With a statement of donations received for the fund from the Bedford British-Soviet Friendship Committee. The statement shows the various ways that money was raised by works collections, donations and collections from organisations, schools and individuals. A fun fair and dance was organised by the Staff and Girls of the Girls' Modern School and this raised £150 - nearly half of the total amount raised in Bedford.
