    Deeds of St Paul's Wesleyan Chapel. Lease: (1) Isaac Wale, John Isitt and Thomas Row (2) John Howard, John Maynard, Samuel Bennett, William Bennett, William Biggs, trustees of the Methodist Chapel. Old Methodist Chapel lately taken down and a present enlarged Chapel erected, a small part of which stands on ground belonging to (1) bought of Thomas Bunting, and part of the yard is laid on their land, and they have agreed to lease to (2) those parts of their estate and another strip of ground lying on the north side of the chapel. 999 years at £3, with powers to (1) to take away the materials of the brewhouse and outbuildings.

    Said pieces of land thereby leased, and strip of ground on the north side of the chapel, including site of the present brewhouse and outbuildings occupied by Daniel Attack, and another piece of ground, at the north west corner of the chapel which if the present wooden fence were removed would form a passage from the yard in front of the chapel to the land on the north of the chapel.
