Piece of ground containing on the front next Angel Street 22 feet and 48 feet in length in trust to permit John Wesley, late of Lincoln College, Oxford, and such other persons as he shall appoint may therein preach and expound God's Holy Word and after death of John Wesley, to permit Charles Wesley, late of Christ Church, Oxford, clerk and such persons as he permit so to use it, and permit such persons as be appointed by the yearly conference of the people called Methodists in London, Bristol or Leeds to use it, provided always they preach no other doctrine than is contained in the notes On the New Testament and 4 volumes of sermons written by said John Wesley. 10/-.
