Title
Property on the river in the parish of St Mary. Copy minutes of Improvement Commissioners: Alderman Green assures them that since he has occupied the land adjoining the bridge he has always allowed the inhabitants of houses on the south side of the bridge to have access to the river from Boy and Oar Lane through his yard to carry water in pails and water barrows, and in case of fire the fire engines to have access. While this continues, committee do not feel it necessary to make an open watering place from St Marys High Street to the river.
