Property on the river in the parish of St Mary. Lease and release: (1) Improvement Commissioners (2) Thomas Kidman (3) Francis Green of Bedford, merchant. Piece of ground on part whereof stood messuage and buildings now taken down in the High Street, abutting north the river Ouse, east and south on premises of Francis Green, west and north west in part on the High Street and in part on a piece of ground part of the premises purchased by the said Commissioners of the said Thomas Kidman but reserved and not intended to be sold and conveyed, the said piece of ground being a width of 6 feet from the Bridge Hall at the north extremity of the same piece of ground next the river and of the width of three feet from the newell of the bridge on the east and south east sides of the said newell (a plan of the ground so reserved is in the margin of these presents). £750.
