Messuage, storehouses and woolbarns hereunto adjoining and belonging with (which said storehouses and woolbarns were formerly used and employed as a malthouse kiln and kiln house) being in the parish of St Mary next the bridge there sometime heretofore called or known by the sign of the Saracens Head and after by the Kings Head, abutting the Boy and Oar on the south side. £350.
