Memorandum of Agreement between Charles Osborn, gent., agent of
Villiers William Villiers, and William Cox of Wingrave, Bucks., gent.,
that William Cox, at the expiration of a lease which is going to be
granted him of a farm and premises, shall be at liberty to remove
from the farm 2 hovels, one at the top of Home Close on the east side,
the other in the farm yard on the east side, which Wm. Cox has taken
at valuation from the late tenant, William Maulty.
