Reciting an indenture of 24th June 1817 between Juliana Franklin of L.B., widow, now deced. on the one part, and her son, Thomas Franklin, on the other (Bo 100 above) by which Juliana Franklin granted her son an annuity of £22 for the term of her life, and a further annuity of £10 to commence from her death, the annuities to be charged on .. cottage and maltkiln in Leck End, L.B., then in the occupation of Juliana Franklin .. cottage or tenement in Leck End, L.B. called the Catherine Wheel .. messuage or tenement divided into two at Southcourt, Linsdale, Bucks, with home close and close of pasture called Jewits .. 4 cow commons on Southcott Moor Reciting that Juliana Franklin now deceased by her will directed that the cottage and maltkiln where she then dwelt should be offered at valuation in turn to her son Henry Hankins Franklin, then to Sabina and Martha Franklin, then to her son George Arthur Franklin, subject to the rent charge of £10 and a further rent charge of £5 to be paid to Thomas and his wife Elizabeth on condition that he discharged the remaining property from the payment of the annuities, RELEASE by (i) to (ii) of all the above premises, except cottage and maltkiln in Leck End, Leighton Buzzard, from payment of above annuities.
