    i) William Greene, Ampthill, Beds., gent ii) John Franklin, Heath and Reach, L.B., gent iii) Juliana Franklin, Leighton Buzzard, widow iv) David Lee Willis, L.B., gent. Reciting BO 16 above, being mortgage (demise for 1000 years) by Mark Fountain to James Rogers of certain premises, and reciting that by divers assignments on 27 Sept 1752 the premises became vested in Wm. Hayton of Ivinghoe, Bucks., esq. for remainder of term, but discharged from Mortgage, in trust for the said John Franklin of L.B. his heirs, to attend the inheritance, and reciting that these premises are now legally vested in John Franklin, and that William Hayton died without heirs, and William Greene took out limited administration over his goods, and that John Franklin has conveyed by a Lease and Release of equal date to Juliana Franklin close of ground 2 acres in Leighton Buzzard near Rowley or Rowriddy stone, adjoining the Heath on the E; 6 a. 1r. land lying dispersed in the fields of L.B. ASSIGNMENT by (i) to (iv) of hereditaments for the remainder of term, in trust for Juliana Franklin.
