Juliana Franklin of L.B. widow which contained a covenant
to surrender in consideration of £950
part of £2725 certain copyhold property to which John
Franklin was admitted at a court held 18/19 May 1815
pursuant to the will of John Franklin deceased, and
reciting subsequent surrender out of court,
ADMISSION of Juliana of Leighton Buzzard, widow, on the
surrender of John Franklin of Heath, gent and Sophia his wife, to:
.. close in Leighton Buzzard called Wenlock Close lying on the north
of Grovebury lane, with a spinney of plantation on N,E & W,
to which John Franklin deced. father of John Franklin was
admitted at a court held 28/29 May 1801 on the surrender
of Thomas Franklin and Elizabeth his wife,
.. 15 acres arable and ley in occ. John Moreland formerly the estate
of Humphrey Bell
.. 3 acres in open fields formerly estate of Robt. Ashwell
