    i) Thomas Franklin, Leighton Buzzard, yeo. and Elizabeth his wife ii) Juliana Franklin, L.B., widow iii) John Franklin of Heath and Reach, gent. (devisee in fee in last will of John Franklin formerly of Rushmore, L.B., decd. his father) Reciting BO 87 - 90 above, and reciting indentures 10th December 1800 between John and Thomas Franklin, and Thomas Franklin party hereto, and reciting that the major part of the properties were leased to Juliana Franklin for the term of her life at the yearly rent of £22, and it was agreed that Thos. Franklin should receive the rent, and reciting that Juliana Franklin has contracted with (iii) for the absolute purchase of the property (except closes at Surcott called Depslow and Dismuns Mead, and 1 acre arable in Leighton Buzzard, which were sold by John Franklin deced) and reciting that the title of John Franklin deced. to the property was somewhat defective, so that Thomas Franklin is required to join in the conveyance, and that there has been an AGREEMENT that (i) should convey to (iii) all right in the premises, in consideration of which (ii) will convey by surrender to Thos. Franklin her son a copyhold cottage and piece of ground now in his occupation for the term of his life, and that she should also secure to him an annuity of £22 in lieu of the rent during her lifetime, and a further annuity of £10 for the joint lives of him and his wife, but this annuity not to commence until her own death. (iii) is also to secure to Thomas Franklin an annuity of £10 for the lives of he and his wife. CONVEYANCE AND RELEASE by (i) to (iii) of all remaining rights in the property.
