Reciting will of John Franklin and that the testator's
nephew John Franklin died without issue whereby the testator's
nephew Thomas Franklin took possession of the estate until his
death when the same became vested in his son Thomas Franklin
an infant who, however, attained the age of 21 in February last
and has since suffered a recovery to cut off the entail,
Surrender by John Cooper late of Leighton Buzzard and now of Ham,
Derbyshire, gent. as only surviving trustee, by his son John Cooper as
his attorney, to the use of Thomas Franklin, and
ADMISSION of Thomas Franklin,
Recovery suffered on premises, and
ADMISSION of Thomas Franklin and Elizabeth his wife, to:
customary messuage or tenement, late in the occupation of John
Shotbolt in Lovell End, and Tan Pits, tan yards and tan mill;
