Assignment of mortgage (i) William Collings, Leighton Buzzard, victualler (sole executor of will of George Steward, late of Leighton Buzzard, yeoman) (ii) Jeremy Willis, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman reciting assignment of 5 July 1816 reciting also death of George Steward. By his will dated 9 August 1821 he appointed (i) as his executor. Will proved (Leighton Buzzard Peculiar) on 14 February 1822 £50 and £14 15s interest is still due (total £64 15s) Now in consideration of £54 paid to (i) by (ii) in full of all money due and owing (i) assigns to (ii) - pieces of land as in above Assignment for the residue of said term of 500 years in as full and beneficial a manner as (i) could have held the same if these deeds had not been made, subject to equity of redemption by Daniel Ellingham and his heirs on payment of said £50 and interest.
