Stanbridge Property Gift from Mr and Mrs L E Cooper These records show the acquisition of a number of pieces of property in Stanbridge (then part of the civil parish of Leighton Buzzard) in the early 19th Century, by Frederick Willis, a Leighton Buzzard solicitor. The property concerned was mainly open field land although he did acquire a piece of copyhold land from another member of his family, Charlotte Willis.
