(i) convenants before Michaelmas next at his cost and of Sir Wm. Bamburgh to convey to (ii) - - Manors of Rawcliffe & Clifton (10 farms in Clifton, Towne end lands in Clifton) to use of Wm. Robinson jun. & w. Amye for their lives, then to their s. Wm. Robinson & hrs. (provisions in default of issue to 8 sons.) - - capital mess. of Rawcliffe and lands & app. there and in Clifton to W. Robinson sen. for life, then to W. Robinson jun. for life, then latter's s. for life & hrs. male. 2 seals (no impression), one of Sir Hen. Jenkins.
