Letter from Hen. Turvyle to Hen. Earl of Kent, relating to proposed exchange of Aston glebe land, and arbitration of points under dispute; 'whether I would be content to make exchaunge for the glebe land of Aston with some of myne and lay yt nere unto your demesnes of Burbage, and alsoe whether I would be content to departe from my little freehold I have in Burbage, and whether I would willingly compound for your tyth of Aston; and in lik sort whether I could not content myself that a fynall end might be made betwixt me and my neighbours of Burbage for quyetnes sake without any further waiging of lawe.' Expresses willingness to cooperate.
