Tithe of corn, grain 'together with all privye tythes
whatsoever belonginge to the parsonage' of M'shall (defined
as tithes of lambs, calves, pigs, geese, eggs, hemp, flax,
fruit, oblations, offerings, mortuaries, marriage dues,
christening & burial dues, predial tithes.)
with 4 bays of great barn in parsonage yard at M'shall, with
rt. of ingress etc. (except:- tithes of corn, grain, & hay
in endship of Pullanger (Polehanger), and in Whittington
Close, in glebe lands, meadows & pastures of parsonage with
privye tithes oblations etc. of parsonage, with rated
tithes of the Howe, yearly rent of parson. All these (i)
has of Rev. Ric. Rayner, parson of M'shall..)
(ii) to carry six loads of things decided by (i) at their
own cost for (i) on one day's notice within par. of
M'shall or up to six miles away. (ii) to give to
parson, Ric. Rayner at own costs 6 days work of barley
straw, 4 days work of pease straw 'which shall be sweet
and drye and threshed by a well able and sufficient
tasker.' Rayner to pay (ii) 20s. per annum on Lady
Day.)
