Not to molest trustees and excr. & excx. or 2/- to cease & legacy to be void. Estate in Maulden to (i) on trust to sell, to pay M. Goodman of 10/29, debts, weekly payments to ii, other legacies, surplus to be equally divided by i. To save expense of proving will in Chancery agreed that ii should release title to lands conveyed below. iii agreed to buy all lands except Webb's - those of 10/27. for 440. 200 to be used to redeem 10/29 and term to be assigned by iii in trust for himself and term of 10/27 in trust for Webb. 240 residue iii - i. Rec. ii agreed to accept Bond in 200 from i for weekly paymnt. lands left to J. Smart (v. rec.) and 6 closes and spinney of 10/26.
