office, outhouses etc. & app. (held copyhold of manor of
Brickenden Bury, bt. with another mess., since pulled down, of
Wm. Weston's trustees.) w. Sarah to live in house and have use
of gdn. & brewhouse but not malting & shops, for life, rent
free. 'The Green Dragon' in Hertford with mess., wheat shops
and granaries adjg. & app. occ. Steph. Redman, Jonathon Wade,
Ric. Harden & others, charged with annuity of 10 p.a. to w.
Sarah. Mess. with malting shops & app. in par. of St. Andrew,
Hertford, occ. Sam. Scott & Tim. Ireland, subject to certain
weekly payments to My. Squire & Tim. Squire widow & s. of late
bro. Joshua Squire decd. charged on above premises by will of
late uncle Francis Squire decd. After dec. of w. Sarah, mess.
in Baldock with malting, shops etc. & app. with lands in par.
of Baldock, Bygrave, Willian and Weston occ. Jn. Williamson &
Ben. Harris.
Above bequest to s. Jn. for life on condition that he conveys
his title to estate to s. Wm. Squire & dtrs. Sarah & Eliz.
Squire by virtue of his marr. settlement and 10/1-2 (his
father's.) If s. Jn. neglects to do this 6 mths. after request
then estate to be charged with payment of money to Wm., Sarah,
& Eliz. Squire equivalent to estates not conveyed.

malting, shops, lands & app. Occ. testator, Jas. Iween, Wm.
Leak & Jn. Burr, bt. by g.f. Tim. Squire of Jn. Jire Gopp and
others. Subject to annuity of 20 p.a. to w. Sarah for life.
Also annuity of 5 p.a. to Eliz. Kent (nee Burr), widow, by
will of g.f. Tim. Squire. Copyhold mess. lately blt. next his
house in West St., Hertford, with othouses, gdn. etc. After
dec. of w. Sarah. Farm & lands in Little Berkhamstead, Herts.,
occ. Jn. Nicholls, Ben. Bassil and others.
To dtr. Sarah Squire:- after dec. of w. Sarah - freehold mess.
