    Letter: from Richard Dillingham at RFC Camp, Lydd [Kent]; to Christine Dillingham at Kings Road, Flitwick - writer has received a cake and letter from his wife; - explains that he has missed the pass again for the weekend, after it went to a draw amongst the men in his tent; - has received a letter from Alice in which she writes that she had seen Harry who was off to Clipstone Park near to Nottingham; - asks how did May get on with Brock at Ely? "I expect you tease her a bit about it"; - notes he is glad Bert Baker has got to go; - comments that Alice had said "how plainly the baby talks and what a dear little soul he is"; - notes that they are suffering with wet and windy weather day after day and as such cannot get the balloon out; - runs through their fatigue duties; - comments there has been talk of the men moving to Newbury Racecourse; - notes how quickly it gets dark and that they have been given their tent boards for the bottom of the tent "which makes it a bit better than lying on the floor";
